My elderly relatives had the heating element fail in the immersion tank including back up – 5 days before Christmas! The guys that turned up did a fantastic job draining down the tank and replacing the faulty elements. Worked hard, cleaned up after them and left behind a very happy customer despite working late into the evening due to an earlier traffic hold up.
